Account Executive | Inside Sales

Target Marketing Group [TMG] is looking for a highly-motivated and “hungry” young sales professional with the desire to learn all aspects of our business. The Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales and customer service teams, as well as learning all aspects of the sales process including order entry, cold-calling, creating proposals and closing new business. This position is a great opportunity and serves as a launching pad into a Sales Professional career at TMG.

Position Responsibilities:

  • All areas of account and order management
  • Manage a daily outbound call program with specific revenue goals
  • Assist in order entry, account set up and sales initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and generate new opportunities, generate lists of potential TMG accounts and complete execution of opening and servicing accounts
  • Work with Operations, Production and Finance to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service across all areas of account management
  • Developing growth plans for customers as needed
  • Preparing quotes and bids as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Should be comfortable with cold-calling prior or potential customers
  • Recent college graduates with an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

New Business Development | Sales Professional

Target Marketing Group [TMG] is looking for dynamite Sales professionals with proven success in selling promotional products and apparel, online storefronts, integrated marketing solutions and print management.

The New Business Development Sales Professional will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve their sales goals, as well as bringing in new business with prospects that currently do not have a relationship with TMG. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion as a “hunter”. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with ASI promotional experience, global sourcing for promotional products or printing experience. The candidate does not have to live in the immediate vicinity (may work from home office).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to identify opportunities, penetrate new business, sales, pricing, and expanding market share and revenue generation for TMG’s services
  • Personally pursuing and closing key new prospects by creating compelling sales and marketing programs • Achieving monthly sales goals
  • Ensuring sales offerings are closely coordinated and in alignment with internal product offerings
  • Managing client and prospect relationships
  • Building and maintaining a professional and trusting relationship
  • Communicating specific details of a project to client as quickly as possible • Proactively gathering feedback on current and future needs
  • Creating clear, precise and properly detailed prospect job instructions /documentation

  • Five or more years of sales experience

Accounting Clerk | Team Support

Target Marketing is looking for a person with the desire to learn all aspects of our business. This person will be responsible for handling both customer inquiries and providing support for our sales team. This is an entry-level position. Our offices are open from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday-Friday.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Vouching business expenses for payment
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Handling correspondence with customers and vendors via phone and email
  • Reconciling Vendor Statements to Company Books
  • Calling on Past Due Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciling the UPS billing report
  • Scanning documents into our Document management system

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Entry level, some accounting courses
  • Knowledge of Excel a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy, enthusiastic and personable
